Launch of Website for online booking, Building Construction Department

Hon’ble Minister, Building Construction Department, Govt. of Bihar Shri Maheshwar Hazari launched online Booking System on 5th March 2019 in presence of Sh. Chanchal Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary and Sri Amit Kumar, IAS, Joint Secretary, Building Construction Department, Govt. of Bihar.
Online Booking Website for booking of Samrat Ashoka Convention Centre, Adhiveshan Bhawan and M. M. H. Auditorium has been designed and developed by NIC, Bihar State Centre by Sh. Abhishek Kumar Scientist B and NIC Team under the supervision of Shri S.K.Shrivastava, Sr. Technical Director and leadership of Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, DDG & SIO, Bihar. This application provides online booking of buildings using net banking and cheque /DD mode facility also.
The link of website is provided in the website of building construction department http://bcd.bih.nic.in. The provision has also been made to block booking of the building for certain dates for the administrative use. Online Payment of Rent and Security charges is collected through SBI Ecollect integrated with the application. SMS alerts are sent to applicants after approval, rejection and cancellation against booking of premises.
